3. **Slide 3 — The Solution** — Your product/service in plain English. Demo or visual if possible.

4. **Slide 4 — Market Opportunity** — TAM/SAM/SOM with methodology shown. Investors are skeptical of bottom-up math done wrong.

5. **Slide 5 — Product** — What it does, how it works, why it's 10x better than the alternative.

6. **Slide 6 — Traction** — The most important slide in the deck. Show the growth. Be honest about where you are.

7. **Slide 7 — Business Model** — How you make money. Unit economics if available.

8. **Slide 8 — Team** — Why you? Domain expertise, relevant experience, and complementary skills.

9. **Slide 9 — The Ask** — Amount, pre/post money valuation, use of proceeds, and timeline to next milestone.

10. **Common Investor Questions** — 10 questions you'll get and how to answer them.
