1. **Overall Sentiment Score** — % positive, neutral, negative reviews
2. **Top 5 Praise Themes** — what customers rave about most
3. **Top 5 Complaint Themes** — recurring frustrations and pain points
4. **Feature Requests** — most-mentioned missing capabilities
5. **Switching Intent Signals** — reviews that mention leaving or considering alternatives
6. **Verbatim Quotes** — 3 representative quotes per competitor (positive + negative + switching)

Then produce a **Cross-Competitor Summary**:
- Which competitor has the strongest customer satisfaction overall?
- What complaints are universal across ALL competitors? (industry-wide pain points)
- What does the best-reviewed competitor do that others don't?
- Where is there a clear gap our product could fill?

Output format: One section per competitor, then the cross-competitor summary.
